I agree much of the Staff needs to be replaced and will be. We have tried to let the Chiefs hire their own Staff but as it has turned out this is not working at all, so Moon Goddess and I will control all hires from now on , this will be based on online time and attitude of the game and willingness to show up and work. Abuse will be handled more strickly and quickly and will not get any chances , "if you abuse you lose" will be the policy. NO warnings , they will have a set of rules to read, agree to and follow to the letter , violation of them will result of imediately being fired.

There has been much disorganization in Npulse past that has lead to what it has become right now; for a server does not get this way overnight nor will it be changed overnight.First of all you need to get Staff who are willing to put in the time needed for change; Moonie and I cannot do it alone but lately that is all we have.That and High Tech and Bassna hacking on RC ,jailing , banning and resetting accounts.Access they got from a GP who was careless and allowed a file on his comp which allowed them to access all his info on it.So it is not any one thing that makes it hard but many things going on right now.

not true...we have quite a few loyal players, that report hackers regularely, and that wont be the only thing we look at

Odd there are many Players who have 100's of hours on Npulse, seems they like something about it, and we do have more players than you do so they must like something we have you don't.So where do you get off pointing fingers at Npulse on how bad it is when your nunbers have NEVER been more that ours?

ARCHAON for ADMIN.....He'll do work, unlike the 2 you have now. But then no disrespect to them, it's just someone has to go.

Archaon worked his butt off for N-Pulse, and definately deserves the position. You know he'd rearrange all the levels.

Eh your call but I know he'd prolly come back. He has N-Pulse in his blood lol. Thats why I'm not completely gone! ^_^

I would love to have Archaon back, but he hasnt asked, if he wants to come back he will ask, and yes I agree about the admins, alot needs to change, as for skyknight, he owns DD now, so he has to tend to it

Why not? If you aren't doing your server. Incorporate it into N-Pulse. Heck it'd be better than having New N-Pulse, pffft Teir'Dal crap as I call it.

Anyways, I think ya should, then again I dunno. You most likely are wanted back. But eh if you have better things then there you go but if not =) I suggest you go for it, if asked or if you wanna ask to come back =)

Its just that the job I had needed so much time of administration, I got too tired of it so I literally stopped working for a week then quit because I wasn't doing anything.

Hardly does any work? Pfffft Ha maybe I ought to show you the logs , he is on more than any other staff is just because you don't see him doesn't mean he isn't for he concentraites on Hackers and is very good at it.He has caught more hackers on Npulse in the last month than almost all that have been caught from the beginning.But to let you know I will be asking him to retire from Npulse as Staff so he can take care of his own Server Doomsday for his place is there and not Npulse and they need him there as well.We at Npulse will be forever grateful for the work he has done.

Archaon thats called burn out, all of us from time to time need to take a break from things and let our brain rest from it all.No matter what needs to be done you HAVE to step away and take a break from it or it will be bad for your health . And after all I know Moonie and I are concerned with all the Staff's well being ; Npulse will always be second to that , to be blunt about it ,Npulse is only a game and can be REPLACED , you cannot and that is what is important here.You do what you must , if you feel you want to work on Npulse or any player world for that matter ,do what you feel you can and how much you can for you know yourself better than anyone.There will ALWAYS be a place on Npulse for you and in the hearts of those who really care about you.

I know first they complain its too easy , then its too hard , well we cannot please everyone so , its like this they way I see it, you make a good Quest and not a easy one so it takes time to do it and they will just have to deal with it.Whats the point in having Quest if they can all be done in a hour? What then? PKing? Then we are accused of being a lame server with nothing to do but PKing so my view is , Quest that take time and are scatterded all of the Levels so it will take time and keep them busy.Which = less boredom . An Events Team that does intresting Games and not triva for the main attraction , That is why I want a New Game made by them every 30 days to have a wide range of things to do.But is is hard to find Staff who can entertain as well as make good levels for games.But I will keep looking.

The quests can be long, just not repetitive. I mean if you do one, make it only one =(

It's just annoying to have to do things over and over. Atleast make each unique and hard. But then again it's graal. People will complain at anything small, or big. It's pleasing the players that actually played for a long time. Those are the ones you don't want to piss off and leave.

Cuz then other servers get those devoted players. Anyhow, it's just a thought.

Quests are good, just need a mixture. Archaon they are good, I just don't like how most of them are similar in so many ways. THat and they all are in New N-Pulse, and I avoid that like the plague! :P

thoise invisible mazes should be gone, they are pure boring, but i enjoy the pot mazes. i put a pot maze in one of my quests...

but he needs to give a more nasty punishment, because the number of hackers in npulse is still relatively high

Well we ban from the server for ANY hacking how much worse can we be?They can never use the account on Npulse again, problem is they just go and make another one .Some PPL have been banned on 4 or 5 accounts only thing left is IP ban and Graal Admin has to do that and even that doesn't do any good for ppl who have AOL and their IP constantly changes so you TELL ME what else can we do???It seems to be a revolving door.
