everyone seems to like my "talitubby" now i need to know how to resize it without cutting part off

Well you said you wanted to resize it without cutting it, that's how you do it, I resized it to 50% of the normal image, if it's too small tell me and I can host it if you have no free space website.

I think he wants to know if he can use the same image, but resize it without reuploading. As in HTML.
