Couches and Benches
I think sitting down should heal you over time like laying in a bed (but for less, obviously).

Couches could heal 5 per tick, benches 3 per tick.
I guess theoretically, even /sit could heal 1 per tick.

You should be able to put two beds next to each other and heal for +20.
