Allow Ideling in Misty Mug Tavern

Is it possible to disable the kicking of player after 30 minutes of not moving in the Misty Mug Tavern? Why you ask? So I can eat steak and drink likaaa Boss!

Idling in trade seemed like a good idea at first, what with Cubical idling for over a week straight or something like that, but I don't much care for this feature anymore. Sure, if you just so happen to come back on a few minutes after you've been disconnected, you have to log back on, but I don't see the problem with that.

I'm starting to fail to see the practical use in idling for hours on end. All it does is add to your hours (which really don't matter), but what else? I really don't see any other uses. You can't talk to these people, because 95% of the time, they're not at their computers. No harm in having to move every 15/25 minutes, whatever the kick-off time is, 20/30 minutes.

Although MMT has been fairly empty for a while, I wouldn't want to see it cluttered with idlers that serve no purpose being there.

I would say remove idling completely, or keep it to Bomb Trade.

I don't really wanna side either way. Idling can help the server out, and hurt the server. Players will think you are on and try and message you and log off in furry.. but on the other hand old players finally see your online, and they start playing again. I have had this happen to me with a couple old friends what quit playing and came back.

Just depends on how you want to look at it.

There's like 5 other trade house you can idle in. People love Bomboria Trade House too much, I doubt they would "clutter" the Misty Mug Tavern I just thought it'll be cool to hang out in the Misty Mug Tavern. Apparently not... =(

Turns out, it was an average double digit idle count. The only guy moving was the stretching NPC in trade.

Refer to the above post's that have already answered this.

People see you when your not on and they are but there in that akward timezone. And when they see your playing they start playing again..

It Increases the player count.

It drastically helps people get ahold of you.. like you would never believe. People just don't use the forums like they should so this usually works better.

i find that nowere should be a place to idle,
when i logon graal i always think graal kingdom is being played, while i look at the gk tab
Then i enter and see them all idle, its horrible and should not be allowed.

Was not aware this game was pure chat based? I was under the impression there were things to actually do. Mining, Fishing, Leveling, etc...
