Because they are my images, and for my personal projects. They were never meant to touch Graal Online servers, due to their inherent proposition you lose all rights to your own work.

Last time I was probably on these forums was over 10 years ago, and I still don't like it's atmosphere.

I do not wish for you to get shut down, or get harassed. The jist of it, I want my work totally removed, all copies and edits.

It's not from Graal and it's not from a server, hence the problem. He doesn't want Graal claiming legal rights to something of his just because someone decides to steal and upload it to their server.

Why is this so complicated? If you didn't argue and you didn't try to make other people look bad this would have ended a long time ago.

funny most of these images were given from a email from a close friend, i dont know how you can prove these images are yours

Yes, it's from Graal. The same engine, too. You guys are hiding behind something that you're too cowardly to admit. You guys are more in the wrong then any of the people staffed on Armageddon.

By saying they are scared to name what it's from just tells the rest of us that you know what it's from as well, meaning you stole from it. Why don't you admit it yourselves?

Hmm? It's Beholder's, and he made the graphics. I'm pretty sure that's the main point here. Yes, see, you can try to wonder where they came from but that's moot because they're not Armageddon's to use, regardless of where they came from.

So could I. One of your staff members 'borrowed' a portion of my works from my other projects to use as a "place holder" on your server.

The theft was spotted back on June 01/10 and relayed to me.

I confronted the staff member, and explained I wanted them removed and why.
Several months later, the images are still in place and I was notified once again.

Do not make accusations and try to direct attention elsewhere.
It is a simple matter of, I want my property on your server removed and for it to never be misused without my direct consent.

i dont know who beholder is and what hes doing, obiously involved with something illegal or he stole content himself.

Development using clients of Graal for public use on Graal Online is against the EULA/ToS, is it not?

It's his graphics, he is free to do with it what he cares. It's his own personal project and he doesn't have to disclose anything to anyone other than to tell you to get his work off of your server. I already posted a screenshot of his graphics being used in their intended manner(the screenshot is more complete and the graphics fit stylistically together, instead of being a complication of random graphics).
