I got No Idea For A Modern Tileset and what to put on it could you give ideas or mabye send me a pic of the tileset and tell me what you have done

But really, try making it not so hard-edged and jagged in one view where it's not in another.

Fix your outline by eliminating jagged pixels and making the whole thing more streamlined. Then fix the shading by not pillow-shading(don't let your outlines dictate how you shade your objects). Then fix the colors by firstly not using 100% gray, and then by not using such saturated colors.
