I play this game 1-2 years?
I never seen him online I dont understand why you hire somebody that havnt played zone in more then 1 year..
They dont know how the game is working now.

"Turning their friends down" is a poor excuse. If you don't offer them the job in the first place, then they won't be disappointed. When I was around I'd have a countless amount of friends asking me for a job. I turned every single one down who I didn't think was suitable. After I told them no, they just said "Ok" and walked off to go play.

I think Bhavin temped backlash, never heard of him and I talked to him and he is so clueless. Another thing tench isn't a bad ET if he was he would of been fired. And Dante is a Zone Admin so he can hire who he wants basicly.

He has people in position to hire for specific divisions. It would be wrong to go over another division leader's head and hire a person. If he is always going to do that, why have division admins?

I just logged on one day and he was hired. I asked around about him and removed him a few minutes later, mostly for this reason below...

I don't get why zone just hires random people. Like backalsh randomly and no offence to nat, she is a good et and one of my friends but that one was kind of random. Also I see ET temp oldbies and stuff and let them win events.

And why is Bhavin fired? (/tag doesnt work for him.)
Next time when you fire someone first tell him that he is gonna be fired, and not when he wants to host an event his Rights are removed.
If the Firing of him has anything to do with this poll it would be unfair since much players didnt understand the poll

Hi,

Sorry I've been so inactive lately. I had two operations that have left me in a lot of pain, so I've been drugged out on my sofa the past week.

Bhavin was removed due to some reports of abuse and numerous complaints. He is more than welcome to apply next time we are hiring, though.

Backlash was added to help me with a hide and seek and I thought he might make a good ET, so I gave him some slots and let him and bhavin host together to see how they would do.

Sorry for the confusion.
