GuiListViewCtrl

This is a suggestion for a new type of Gui Control. It is akin to the ListView form Windows Forms. It, like other file system browsers allows you to display objects in 4 basic types of views: Detail, List, Icon, and Tile. I thought this would be useful in Graal, especially for the RC's File Browser to have resizable and sortable columns.

I also thought it would add a nice bit of customizability to the Inventory so people don't always have to use the typical icon view.

Of course its possible to script it but obviously a hard coded feature is more efficient and I'm too lazy to script it anyways.

Hmmm the only missing thing to achieve that would be to add some way to display the list entries in multi-columns, ordered either in columns (windows explorer) or rows (typical item system). Also it must be possible to specify the column width.
