I have my RC open while I'm on Classic though.

According to what Peach says, and I know this because he's told me, but, GPs get promoted to the Captain rank once they've proven they can be trusted with level 3 administration, once they've established a firm and solid relationship with the public, and once they've proven they can put the time into GP'ing. However, just because one meets those qualifications, doesn't necessarily meant they'll make the job.

Well, TheGame isn't so bad at what he does. It doesn't really effect me, cause I'm on 2001, and anti-GP, though.

I just found out that Hoss has had Baseball. That's why he hasn't been on Graal that much. I'm sorry for saying that he had excuses for everything. I was wrong.

Well, theres no one else I can see that would do a good job as Assistant Chief. No, Omniflare would not do a good job. He's never on.

Omniflare's on like all the time, just not when everyone else is on...

We need more people who keep weird hours in any given policing division. Cover more of the clock than when 20 GPs come on the same hours Peach does...

I was promoted to GP Asst Chief before my baseball season started. Now I get home at like 7:30 or 10:00PM depending on if I have a game or not. But I still manage to put my 7 hours in on 2001(I don't have to put any hours in on classic because I was promoted to 2k1, but I still do anyway when I find the time). And I always have an excuse for not doing my work? uh......whatever you say?

Just because he's online in game, doesn't mean he's on GP duty.

I hardly ever see him on GP duty.
