Someone was around and they went and killed the thing for me.. which didn't help my day any. The entire thing happened just a few minutes before my original post on this forum. Its allready been forgotten for the most part. However there are still issues with the movement scripts on GK that need to be resolved.

-Ships,docks,water related-
-Ships being able to be parked under the docks.
-Horses swimming (not walking when they should be) on the docks and boats.
-Run into and then under the dock only to be trapped and have to unstick.
-Hitting an Ice cube(berg) when sailing a ship
-ferry boat running your boat over like it wasnt even there
-ferry dropping you off at the dock invuluntarily (stand close to the edge of a ferry ship)
-chance you get on the ferry and then kicked off right away for no apparent reason
-Horse,pet,bomy followers-
-horses walking into the walls/fountains (forest castle)
-horses walking through tables in peoples houses
-trapped by horses/pets that follow you
-player movement-
-holding both left and right keys keeps you from being disconnected (or something close to that.)
-using skii's to move into and through walls and barriers. Or the spell to create those directors tend to be abused to block entire buildings off or make interesting traps.
-Swimming with too much speed/dex items on tends to warp you across the map and to the edges
-Other-
-Bomy lords teleporting when you try to attack them.
-Brigid avatar moves TOO fast for its own good, actually unable to move to certain points on the level/map.
