Recreated Ganis, Hato Style

Hey guys, =P.

As you know, I like to Gani, and my work wasn't too great since I had worked on Era.

I've improved a bit, and I did this, which is better than what I have done... please take a look and comment!

If you want the new ganis that I will be making in the future for the public, then follow these steps.

1. Download the Gani, EX: hato_rofltlol.gani

2. Place it in your ganis folder. When it asks you to replace the gani, select YES. If you want to un-do this, you must create a shortcut of the original gani.

3. Use it in the game, =P.

Anyways..here's the first, new uzi fire.

Also, the new KNIFE Slash! W00T! DL it now!

It's not bad. I like the side views but work on the up and down views.

In the down view the body looks weird. i suggest moving the head and hat down one in every frame = )

Ok, here is the changelog =D

Fixed the up/down animations.
Made recoil more realistic.

Fixed a simple hat messup. Hats appear now.

The left/right knife, the hat doesn't move with the body. And overall, I dunno, it doesn't look very fast for a slash of the knife, and using two hands to swing a knife? It looks really unnatural.
As for the uzi, it looks better, but I also very slow as well, at least when I think about the firing speed of the uzi on Era I think yours might not exactly keep up with it, though.

to be honest these ganis are pretty awful, and that punch gani is basically a crappy edit of the punch gani on Zodiac >_>

time to be a complete ass and point out every fault about your ganis that no normal person would ever see besides the fact that i spend too much time on graal...

anyways...
knife: really slow moving, try adding... not sure the word... phantom sprites? shadow sprites? whatever it is, look at melee ganis from like daitsu or myself and notice how it's made to look like an actual slash. Your knife looks like its slowly rotating on the hand.

Uzi: Left/right view, on a real gun the shell would not fly forward. Make the shell fly backward. Also, it recoils way too much for a single uzi. Put a smaller recoil that's more rotated so within 4-5 frames it would go back to it's original position. You can add more frames after that of the shell flying backwards or something cool like that which will happen any time you're standing still after firing the gun.

Punch: It's graal, not x-treme boxing championship. First off, i've never heard that sound when punching someone before. Second off, the left view and the up view has the arms arranged really weird. On the left view, the far arm is completely off of the body and on the up view, the right arm is down really low and looks like you're trying to upskirt some girl.

metalstorm: On the left view, it goes forward from the idle. I've never seen a gun recoil forward. On the right view, it's too high. It's up practically above his head to start. Down view: it looks as if he's either poking himself in the eye or throwing the gun up over his head. Layer the gun below the head so it looks as if it's resting on his shoulder. Looks better for graal. Up view, the gun is off to the left of the body. Move it up to his shoulder.

taurus: No point trying to redo the taurus reload, I personally love the taurus reload on era. Your gani looks fine and wonderful, but the era gani looks better. ctrl + v D:

Tommy Gun: Again with the down view looking like he's being poked in the eye. Put it over his shoulder. Left view, both hands are on the far side of the gun. Move the left hand to the front side so he's holding onto the handle. Right view, same thing but with right hand. Take off the arm of the right hand too, floating hand will look better than a floating arm. Up view: looks fine.

right, because editing other peoples gani's takes some real skill, huh?
How about giving him some tips and pointers rather than trying to be a showoff and posting a bunch of ganis you didn't even really make to prove you're better than him. If you seriously want him to get better, its called giving tips and pointers not redoing everything they've ever made

Editing is a great way to improve as it shows and doesn't try to explain it. Anyways, it's obvious he doesn't want to improve these as I gave some tips and pointers and he ignored them, he isn't looking to improve, but just looking for praise.

Good, but sound comes on too fast.
