I dont see how it would be at all, infact as someone said it would make it harder to get to the trade room Also why do we need to free up bomb trade for a recipe shop o.O

Allow me to make a better idea...

Two things in one room...Trade room could be on one side of the building's main floor, MMT on the other side, all in one room, maybe a wall divider between them with a slot for people to pass through?

Uri that is a good idea but the whole bottom floor in the front would be good for the trade area.
