But i dunno how they would do it.
These balloons are great though, i wonder if the normal old zepplins on Gk can fly the same?

for Gk a dogfightign element needs introduces, something like making balloons get hurt by arrows, so basically equip your bow vefore boarding balloon.

Also a storage system!

Maybe store in houses or tie up using pet peg?
Maybe have a place in main island to tie your balloon up? like a big pad with the letter B on it? hehe that be cool.

Will I be able to put my own images in?
s it more than just a level zooming system?
Will non vip/gold be able to use the NPC, just not zoom?

ETA: 2 years, just like many other graal updates.

But on a serious note, this does look neat, all though I dont believe its going to bring in many players just cause they can fly.

Definately will keep me interested for a while though.

When will this be out, we plan on adding this "flying technology" to shangri-la.We have alot of flying objects such as planes,Ships and HotAir Balloons.This would make shangri-la all the more awsomeness then it already is.

It's probably going to be a shadow you see on the ground.

This Flying idea isn't a big thing. They have something that's exactly like this, that A LOT of the players forgot about, It's on Dustari island. You build it with some wood and animal skins, and you make yourself a Zeplin thing, in which you're able to fly from Dustari to the Main Island, and others. The only thing was, you couldn't drop bombs from it, and players could destroy it while your were flying.

That thing is poo, it goes like 0.0001mph and hovers about 1m off the floor, this new ballooning thingy is brilliant, I've tested it and trust me its much better then it looks on that video

It still practically achieves the same thing. Flying.

One more question, won't it make GK Laggy? Espicially for the players who can't handle it already. I'm sure a lot of people will be owning these balloons the second it comes out.

How would it make GK lag? Lag and framerate are not the same thing.

Skyscrapers.
You only see them go up so high from the street level, but if you get all the way up to roof access, everyone looks like ants down there.
Similarly, cloud-cities, space stations...

It looks pretty nice. However I wouldn't upgrade my acct just to fly in one of those. That's paying real $25~$50 to fly a fake hot-air balloon around. =P It's still a nice update but I think the main focus should be on working out the already existant problems of the servers rather than build new technology that only a select few will be able to use.

In the meantime, a new planet in Zone should be created so it could be tested further, as well as GK. (If BM (G2K1) was still around I'd suggest that instead but that server doesn't seem it will be up any time soon.) Test out how Dropships could act and maybe make some types of elevators in the bases? Some jetpacks that actually jet?? I think that would be cool.

That mech world idea someone meantioned earlier sounds like a good idea!

It has a lot of potential. After it's released more info should be shared about it, such as how other players can see it, if there is an ammo count, if someone can steal it etc etc.

Hubworld reference. Still working on making a map that doesn't suck. It's tricky when I've got a lot of space and not a lot of content. Classic's portal's easy - the Golden Gate...and if I can get the Baloon for people going to Kingdoms, it'd be a sensible way for them to travel between the worlds (relatively) and a way for Goldies to flaunt their status...Zone's tricky 'cuz I know absolutely nothing about that server, but I guess I can give them some sorta spaceship or teleporter-pad or stargate or something...
