Renewing PW [helpp]

Ok so, i read unixmads old thread about renewing a playerworld, and no where on the graal.net site in the playerworld billing info, do i see a "renew" button/link.

When i get to the Admin tab, i click billing, then i click view on the playerworld name (of course) then, it takes me to the billing page for the playerworld, it says the time is Expired, and the playerworld is still Active..so basically how the heck do i renew it..

I tried clicking Hosting Plans, then the 6 months plan again, and order now, but it says: > Pay for a Player World

You have already ordered a plan for this PlayerWorld,we can't continue.

I haven't received an e-mail either saying when the playerworld will be deleted so i want to just pay for it as soon as possible, can somone please help, thanks.
