I have come to the conclusion that what GK needs is a giant Dragon to flag around main isle randomly and burn random things with fire.

This one wont be something you can kill with any melee weapon or bow either. With the spell system as it is now, you would think that someone would have enough guts to run up to this thing and try to use magic on it.

To make it even more challenging its fire needs to do 50 damage, unless you have like 70+ magic/fire resist, then it only does 30.

Now that would be something you can say you lived through.

**WHY I SAY THIS

Something that gives a reason for mages not some power player with -80 AC and -70 WC. And I know thats not correct but its about what everyone wants. They dont even have magic, they have a charged wand.

** NOTE on Fire attack

The Fire it would breath would have to be area affect and rather destructive, not something you can block or deflect (REDIRECT).

Wow thats a good idea!!! Make some monster sprites and send it to staff and they will most likely accept it!! OR!!!! make the staff that sit around do something for once!!

Well with everyone running around killing lords with melee weapons, I sit here and think that, man this bites. I am a mage, meaning I'm rather slow and I don't normally have melee weapons that are "leet"

A single dragon that would be hard for a level 110 to kill would be interesting.

It would give you a reason to hunt in a party, just because a single person couldnt take it down.

**Of course this monster would need a good health regen and a higher amount of life. You could make it like a quest or even an event that groups of players could do.

** Don't even think of using scrolls to get fire resist and magic resist, it would still be able to damage you, now thats what would be the challenge. Its attack would hit the magic caster enough that that person couldnt get a spell off. That is why you would need more then one person.

Why the hell would a bow not damage it? Someone can fire an arrow into it's eye.

I believe they should make it so you need teamplay to beat it.

You need bowmen to get it's eye (BUT THE DRAGONS SKIN IS SO THICK A STUPID ARROW WONT PEIRCE), then while the dragon is distracted because it can't see, mages should be able to bring it down to ground level (SINCE ITS AN UBER DRAGON AND MAGIC DOESNT DAMAGE IT) and then you need a melee person to actually slash it. Repeat this like 4-6 times and it's dead.

The key point here is for the bowmen to get it's eye. It should take a while before that happens because people aren't that accurate and the giant peice of **** is flying and opening a can of ownage on everyone.

It's not the same topic, its related sure, but not the same.

That is about Multiple monsters, I am going into detail.

You ever hear of Dragon scale? Well I do not think your arrow will be able to even damage the dragon. Not to mention the problems with lords and people stealing arrows from them.

Dragon scale wouldn't cover the eye. Thus why he said you would have to shoot it in the eye.
