Chat Text Highlight + Scrolling

If you have a certain amount of text highlighted in your chat bar, then use the up or down arrows to scroll to other things you said, the same character positions are highlighted after scrolling. I think it should perhaps reset the highlighting stuff so that no text is selected after you have scrolled up or down in the chat bar and found other text.

Related question: shouldn't the chat bar be changed to use the blue gui?

I'm not entirely sure if these have been mentioned, as I haven't had time to go over the posts.

Bugs:
- Using the ingame chat bar, if you type a sentence out, and copy text from the middle, instead of copying the selected text, it'll actually copy the text from that point on, until the end of the sentence.
- Sometimes when I open the history of players, it'll immediately scroll to the bottom of the page.

Suggestions:
- upon reconnecting to any server, the playerlist instantly opens and maximizes, filling the screen. Would it be possible to not have this happen?
- readding ALT + 4.
- an option that would allow you to keep the ingame text bar open, and not disappear whenever I press tab.
- when making a mass message, the icon beside Mass PM is the first person's head selected for the mass message. Could the head be removed when making a mass message?
- the option 'don't connect levels' should take effect on GMAPs aswell (player preference).

I had a few more but I am too tired to remember them.

Are you using Windows, or Linux/Mac?

All drivers are uptodate.

[edit]Suggestion: Moving the warpto option from the right click menu to somewhere other then the bottom. People are used to having profile there.

It's working ok for me, not sure what exactly is bugged for you..
Update: ah seems to be bugged in the Windows version only

It happens with MLTextCtrls aswell, except instead of only going to the end of the line, it goes until the end of all the text. (Really annoying when using the Scripted RC to edit scripts.)

I'm too lazy to make another thread:

I noticed with the V4, when I view history from the files in my directory, PMs aren't formatted correctly (appearing all on one line and the sort). Does anyone else have that problem?

It is the way v4 saves line breaks, open it in WordPad, or some program besides Notepad and it should display properly.

It is not a "problem". It is simply that the files are using UNIX's LF format for new lines, not Windows' CRLF.
