a new map idea

xxxxonropxxxx: copy and paste this: we should have a map created that would be like a playerworld map. I no that that's not 'Zone' but it seems to attract players (And we all want more players) It would be a normal map(where you can kill wherever) but there would be no objective. The map would include a Weapon Shop (This would require a script that would only use the money you gain on that map, you wouldn't be able to use the money that you get on the other maps) There would be different weapon shops, holding different weapons. There would be no class, every player would be able to use every weapon put on the map. There would be a Gym, Here you could increase your speed (though it would take awhile), There would be armor, and med packs to buy, along with some missions to do. The ways to get money would be to;

1) Bounty Hunt
2) Kill others for money
3) work in a 'gang'
4) sell items

You would be able to Bounty hunt in a couple of ways. 1 is a player gets a bounty of 100 or more, then a bounty goes out on his head (a message would appear in the bottom left corner letting all the players no). 2 there would be various npc's wondering around building a bounty (maybe 3 npc's total, 1 would be an easy kill, next would be hard, and the one after would be a 'legend' so he'd be VERY hard to kill. They would respawn every 5 min. but they would need to rebuild there bounty).

There would be 'Cars' but they'd be futureistic, and you would be able to buy Event items, but remember, this planet would use a different script(or something) so everything you got there (minus kills) would only count to that planet. (So the weapons you buy, the speed you aquire, the money you get, would all only be there)

We would need to create a new Tileset, but i'd be more than gald to help with it. What do you guys think?

omg i love it, u can start with a combat knife (cant throw) and like buy apps (1 apice) lrpulsar, etc and when u get loads of money u can buy rps,bps and reapers.

Total Era rip off if you ask me..

And this'd involve a whole new global script for the map/s and we'd lose the old zone entirely. Look, leave era to era, and zone to zone. They're the only two servers I ever play on (with the odd bout of maloria now and then)

so were using Era's ideas, look at Aeon. And sayian said that it'd require a new script... and how is it an Era rip? Era has like 5 guns, has only 4 ways of making money (flower picking, mining, killing others, picking trash) it has no bounty or anything (the only thing copied is the Gym idea) i like the idea

i like the idea, if we can use like irpulsar and stuff
