Treasure Hunting at Sea

We need to implement a way to hunt for treasure in the ocean. Yup, you would take your ship out to the ocean and use your fishing pole to dig up treasure! It would increase ship activity tenfold.

First, though, we need to have the boat glitches fixed. You still get stuck while driving and sailing in any direction. It happens way too often and is just too annoying.

Yeah...we also need a little conductor's baton that allows you to change the direction of the wind. har har...I keed I keed. Eh...I like the idea. It could be fun.
