Well, to be blunt, it is a game I put in the catagory of "lifer". When you play WoW, either you give up everything you have (and if you're married, either your wife starts playing or you get a divorce), or you don't play. Your character is so insignificant in the world that you need to work in order to do anything. When you eventually reach level 60 (the max level) after a few months (if you're a newb, a few weeks if you're a pro) then either you're in a guild or there is no point playing. Once you're in a guild the raids are the only thing left for you and those take weeks of planning and execution. Oh, and they are in groups of about 80 players for the high end raids. I know all this because my brother plays the game constantly....which is what happens I guess when your parents pay for everything. You have no obligations aside from going to college.

Man ur brother are probably one of these lvl 40s who never got a lvl 60 and got blacklisted from every guild because you can't have fun with games, there is ALOT more to do when ur lvl 60 then you mentioned, if you don't like it don't play it and keep your mouth shut because the people that actually enjoy the game aren't all homosexuals and if they are I don't see the problem in it.
I pay for the game, I go out with my friends, I don't play constantly and im not in a guild who's doing PVP/instance raids all the time, doing other things instead.
