Hmm... Why didn't you just post an updated screenshot in the
thread in which you originally showcased that house?
In which case, the majority of my past comments/concerns still stick out:

...All of the brick tiles used for your building are identical, thus making evident (upon light inspection) tile errors for each of your walls. It seems as if you designed the building from a predefined objects point, without using any of the tiles individually from the tileset. Further evidence of this is that there are no "middle brick" tiles, for placement between two edges. There are only edge brick tiles.

As for the content now added into the level (Everything aside from the building), it's nothing special. While it's fine to look at, it's certainly not the best eye candy. As well, I personally don't like the transitions from the dirt/grass areas. Youv'e quickly and spottedly jumped between the two dirt/grass transition types, and it looks... messy, I guess. There are also some tile errors to be found, aside from the evident brick errors mentioned earlier.
In short, it's a pretty average level. More attention could be given to finer details and a further strive for correctness could have been made.
-Edit-
Kudos to you for using Alt+1. More than a few people lately have been using the wrong command to capture a level shot, and thus including the character and UI.
