Classes And Weapon Guide.

I decided to help new people who just started what class that actually fits them. Now my English isn't my first langauge so excuse me if there if my grammars is a 'bit' rusty .
Here it goes:
Defender-
Information: The name implies perfect to this class, basically it's one of the best classes at defending a base. Both good at preparing and defending. Lay some proxmines at the entrance and use you're rocket launcher.
It wont be easy for the attacker I tell ya . I dont usually play this one but I dont think its bad, it isn't my type but its maybe yours.

kv24
enhancedpulsar (Energy)
RockerLauncher
plasma saber (You need 4000 experience points to be able using this sabre.)
combat knife

Marine-
Information: This is the typical soldier, fast and good guns. This is one is usefull when it comes to the attacker style, you got grenades to blow mines thats layed at the entrance, you got a shotgun which can come in handy. So if you're feeling for a offensive role in Zone don't be affraid to use this one! Know this one doesn't have much guns but they aren't bad .

Grenadier-
Information: Do you like to blow things up? Do you like when you can throw lots of different grenades at people? Then this class is for you. Like I said its awesome when it comes on blowing things up, it got all kind off different grenades and other stuff that you can lay on the ground that makes it more difficult for your enemy .

irpulsar (Energy)
Rocket Launcher
Electron (Close combat)

Sapper-
Information: Do you like to zap people? Make them slow? Sapper would be the right choice for you then, this can be a low-hp enemys nightmare when you take you're crossbow making them slow then getting your shotgun killing them. Now sapper doesn't have any grenades but its more like an shoot the enemy type.

crossbow (makes your enemy slower)
erbeamer (Energy)
shotgun
electron

Commando-
Information:This class will make you move faster which gives you more movement, this is like the sort of rebel style where the enemys can't run from you when they are on the way too die. This was my first class and I really enjoyed it.

Scout-
Information:Expect to be fast when you take this class, scout class got more handguns then the other weapons thats ranged but dont be scared because of this. Take your crossbow, slow them and the take dual appirces, DEAD.
Gravitron is really usefull when they are multiply units against you since it shoots shoots from different directions in a pretty large area.

Lightinfantry-
Information:This is the class that I use right know (mostly), its a good attacker but at the same time a okay defender. kv24 is in my opinion the best gun right know in the whole game aslong as you can aim with it.
Muramasa can be great when you want kills, equip Masamure and FragGrenade, then just take a bike and search for random victims and you wont be dissepointed trust me . The comination kv24-Masamure-Fraggrenade can be deadly.

Muramasa (Need 4000 experience points to be able using this sword.)

HeavyInfantry-
Information:This implies to the name, this is the "raw meat" in the defense and offense. Mortar and rocket launcher isn't something that your enemy would like to meet, but thats what that's what there gonna get when they meet you my friend. Mortar is good for taking bases, they will have to move which will make the "well done meat" being able to go into taking over the base making them back from the front. Rocker Launcher is exceptional for easy kills when and making your enemys going in horror mode running away or die trying. Take this rase if you like to get 'heavy'

Weapons:
Grenade:The "little brother" to the frag grenade, dont be afraid to use it thought since it can be good destroying mines.

FragGrenade:Good to throw into their bases making them leave or die, as I said does Grenades always come in handy against mines. Both if you want to blow them up if they come with a scooter that has a chance to run through.

Proxmine: Excellent for defense and annoyness, lay them everywhere because sometime someone will run into these and it will hurt.

GasGrenade:I honestly got no Idea what these do, I have ran into alot of em but it seems like the doesn't affect me even if an enemy have layed it?

apripper:You can use these as duals, I like appirces more but its nothing wrong with these. (Handguns).

Appirces:In my opinion the best handgun in Zone so far, use it because it comes in handy alot of times. Does a pretty good damage and is easier to get hits with then other guns.

g18: These is good because they are like uzis, they shoot really fast but they still arent hard to get hits with. Still I would give the advise to use ANOTHER gun because there is a lot better then this. How much bullets you can shoot doesn't really count that much here.

dh18: Energy gun, waste of much bullet as you want. What I think is good with energy guns is that you can hit them even if they are laming behind a bunker, they will have to move backwards which makes them unable to shoot. But then you cant hit them either,(They must be close to the bunker).

Shotgun: A gun that people call lame (I do it) but you shouldn't be afraid to use this one because it is good, it is easy to hit with and does good damage.

erbeamer: I only use it when im out off ammo with lightinfantry (which doesn't happen alot) This is a energy weapon and isnt really that bad.

smg: A good weapon, shoots fast and does a fairly good damage. Good for using it with marine with the speed.

Crossbow:Arent we a bit antic now ? Crossbow is actually good if you want to kill this guy really bad. Slows your enemy but it can be hard to get a hit if he got good movement.

kr90: Dont like this weapon. Its like a version of ak 47<(kv24) but does only shoots 3 bullets and then there is some delay untill you can shoot again.

kv24: Best ranged gun in my opinion, the bullets can go everywhere but aslong as you move ALOT then you will get the hits that you need. Does a good damage and shoots bullets fairly fast.

irpulsar: This was the first weapon that I started using alot, I liked (as I told you before) how you could get hits even if they were hiding behind barrels. Doesn't do a good damage but it shoots fast and when you get a hit you will probably get more hits (good chance).

Gravitron: This is a good weapon when you are meeting multiply enemys comming from different ways shooting like mad because this gun shoots 6-8 bullets in each direction. It drains alot of energy so when you're out of energy you will have to wait which will make the enemys being able to kill you.

Mortar: Mortar is for the heavy infantry, this comes in handy when you are taking over a base. Does good damage and moves the enemy out of the base. The negative thing here is that you cant move with the gun so if it comes someone you are a very easy target if you arent fast enough.

Rocket Launcher: Oh man where should I start, I had 3000 cash so I decided to test it using all my cash for it. I were playing with it for 1 hour and this gun is sooo much abuse when it comes to defense (you can only use it in the base that you have taken over at the platform). It targets the enemy by itself and excsists for 8 SECONDS.. You get alot of free kills by this, you just need to wait for them and then blow them up shooting loads of bullets.
The negative things is that they can kill your team mates if they are close too the bullet when it explodes. It costs much (1 bullet is 25 cash) and you might waste these as you're getting a bit hungry after kills when they doesn't come.

combat knife: Good in close combats but if you havnt got plasma sabre and Muramasa I would stay with the gun.

Muramasa: Good damage, much kills if the enemy doesn't pay attention and its good when someone rushes into a base to take it over fast with a scooter.
The negative thing is that the player always can keep out of range changing the directions but at the same time shooting you to death. You need a good movement here.

Plasma Sabre: Same as above.
-You need 4000 experience points to use muramasa and plasma sabre-.


Thank you and feel free to give comments about this Guide. I hope it will help you people out that need it. I will maybe add some more guides later on but not right know.

That's pretty good, I just skimmed through it so I'm not sure if you missed anything, but I like how you gave a good description (and example) for everything.

Ammo/Upgrades:

caliber 45 (+25 ammo) $150 - Handguns

caliber 24 (+24 ammo) $175 - Automatics.

Slime Cartridge (+18 ammo) Slime weapon that Chemical Troopers use.

40mm grenades (+5 grenades/bullets) $250 - Mortar.

Caliber 12 (+20 ammo) $135 - Shotgun.

Caliber 3006 (+12) $190 - Sniper.

Frag Grenades (+2) $12.

Proximity Mine (+2) $17.

Gas Grenades (+2) $16.

Grenades (+3) $12.

Rockets (+1) $25 - Rocket Launcher.

Meh, I like mine better. It's prettier. Then again, you covered those classes I missed -- so.

Maybe somebody could merge the two threads, and have mine for TDM, his for CTF/Domi and that'll be the classes/weapons guides? Sounds good.


And alot of people have come to me saying "zomg, rocket launcher is so ****in cheap", blah blah blah. But you can throw grenades at the rockets, and they blow up.. so.. o_O; Do that! ~.~

Gas Grenades

It's obvious what the Gas Grenades do... and I have been hit by one, there are a few that are phony... like in Capture the Bases world, there one in B1 that does nothing but block a ladder(sum1 threw that there and it glitched). Theres one in Alpha too, its on a cliff(same as the one in Capture the Bases world, glitchy), when u get within the "blast range" of one you get poisoned and slow down. They blow when they hit the ground and then just sit there, no use until they dissapear.

I am aware of that its just text but its only a sort of help if they have no idea what weapons to choose or class.
