Shopping Center Idea

It would be cool if someone makes a huge shopping center like a mall and inside you can buy a store for like 250G and you can put items up for sale(max 6) and you have to pay 50g a week to keep the shop running and if you want to sell more items you have to pay 100G to increase the store size to size 2(max 9 items) and so on.what do you think?
