Shading/Pixeling Tutorials

Anyone know where I could find some really nice pixeling tutorials? Could use help please. Thanks.

...whats with all this tutorial bs? look at what ever your drawing, and imagine it being hit by light, then color it in that way... not that hard -_-

and ever server has different shading "types" (most are shaded differently) so a tutorial wont do much good.

look at the other art from the server, and use that as you "shading tutorial"
