6. Estimate the amount of time you would be able to be on tag each week. Be realistic.
7. How old are you?
8. Male or Female?
9. Why do you want to be a member of the Era PR Team?
10. Do you think PRs have more rights then other players? Explain why you
think this way.
11. What rights do you think you will need to do your job? Please state your reasoning for each right that you list.
12. If hired, what is your goal as a member of the PR team now, and in the future? Six months from now, what do you see yourself doing as far as Era, and PR goes?
Simulation Questions:
1. How would you respond to a player who PMs you telling you that he has been scammed and that he wants you to get his items back? Tell me what you would do without access to logs & then tell me what you would do with full access to logs.
2. How would you handle a case of harassment against another player?
3. How would you handle a case of harassment against you by another player?
4. How would you respond to someone threatening to submit a support ticket to complain about your actions?
5. List some reasons for which you would jail a player.
6. List some reasons for which you would ban a player.
7. How would you handle a case in which you as a PR witnessed a scam taking place?
8. How would you handle a player telling you that he or she has been scammed by way of abusing a glitch?
9. What would you do if one of your friends was breaking the rules on Era?
10. What would you do if you saw a fellow staff member breaking the rules?
11. You have received numerous complaints that a player is 'speed hacking.' How would you prove that this player is or isnt speed hacking?
Personal Question:
1. Do you believe it is more important to do your job exactly as you are told, or to use your own judgment in a situation, even if it might be bending a rule a bit? Explain using an example or two.
2. Do you believe that scamming should be illegal or legal. Explain why.
