Tachi with Torque

I've made a couple alterations to the Tachi gang base to make it more raid-friendly which should increase activity.

Before you give some feed-back, please take into account that Tachi's an old base, which left me with two standards to follow:
1. When I edited current levels, I tried to respect how it was originally made seeing as it's one of the oldest levels still on the gmap.
2. The extra levels constructed followed the same simple tile scheme and thus criticism toward my tile detail would be redundant.

The problem: Tachi's gang base is fairly lame at the moment. Once you get in, you can't get out whereas all other gang bases allow players to easily exit the gang base once inside.

(Also take into account that it's going to show a lot of the older tiles because the updated tiles can only be seen if the levels were actually uploaded onto Era).

PLEASE READ ABOVE BEFORE LOOKING AT THE LEVELS, ALSO READ THE NOTATIONS BELOW EACH LEVEL EXPLAINING THE CHANGES.

I constructed an extension to the Tachi base and made a functioning garage.

Very simple, and links to where the current link on the gmap goes into the base.

I extended the base vertically by 4 tiles to give the base more space in order to encourage PKing in the main base rather than camping the healing room. I also added a soda machine to relate to other gang bases having soda machines in their main level. I also created a table at the bottom wall to prevent guns that can reach over the wall from laming the entrance.

Added a door at the top right that connects to a new spar room. I've noticed that when raiding Tachi's gang base, if you don't hold the heal room, you can't hold the base. Thus, along-side with providing another level that all gangs but Tachi have, laming the healing room will become less crucial when raiding.

Yes, I know -- it's very, very simple. As I said, I was trying to keep the "simple" tile scheme the Tachi base has. If I were to add detail to the spar, it wouldn't match the gang base.

I accept any and all constructive feed-back. I'm just doing this for fun and with the intention of expanding upon raiding territory. Send me a forum PM or PM on Era if you want me to send you the levels.

it looks good.

the style is the same and there isn't that huge of a change to the base.
people can ***** all they want about how the tachi base is an old memorial and shouldn't be changed, but srsly screw off with that attitude.

Very nice. I wouldn't mind having that as our gang base.

In the brick, at the bottom of the walls, there is foundation tile used all along the bottom of the brick work except where the wall turns or stops. Either Era's tileset doesn't include that tile or you never used it, either way it detracts from the level of detail (which your levels already lack in).

he was trying to replicate the same style of leveling that was used when the levels were first made so I don't see why you would judge his leveling capabilities because of that.

I didn't notice that at first, but now that you mention it, it is a bit distracting. I'm fairly certain that tiles exists as well.

no it doesn't.
the corner tile has grass on the bottom so it would look just as bad if you used it. I just checked.

if people could successfully read the first post, they'd note that the brick tiles seen in the screenshots are from the offline editor, not the online editor

thus, when they were uploaded, the tiles were correctly placed and there were no errors (because the online brick tiles are different). i also indicated in the first post that the base itself was old and that i followed the same simple, bland tile scheme.

thanks for the comments, but undermining my ability isn't necessarily criticism (just for your future posts)

Very nice!
But why not just make a sewer entrance, make the left door like grab enter, and the outside perimeter ones 500/500
It be simple.
