Take a screenshot, export palette from the screen. Import it whenever you need it.

Also, way to make your borrowing obvious.

I thought all SNES games used the same 15-bit color palette?

That may be true but every color is unique and the reason for collecting has a psychological background aswell :P

But I don't understand what you're asking us for. I don't see how you can be asking us for a 256 color palette, because SD3 uses way more than 256 colors throughout the game.

A 15-bit palette just means you can store information for 15 different colors consistently used in each area.

It means the R/G/B values of each unique colour are each five bits (so between 0 and 31, for almost 33000 colors). I'm not sure if that's what you're saying though.

I think it could only display 256 colors (or 512, or some other limit) at a time, but throughout an entire game all 32000+ colors could potentially be used.

It's called learn to use the goddamned eyedropper tool. Use a screenshot and some common sense if you can't figure out how to export and import palettes.

Sheesh. I expect better from you than that.

That only gives you the palette of the screenshot, or at most the area where the screenshot was taken. Elk seems to want the palette of the entire game (which would require taking a screenshot from every single area) which is apparently different from the general SNES "palette".

I'm starting to think that the palette Elk is looking for isn't so much the set of colors, but rather the hex addresses of each color.
