Small issue on 8k Gelats

Bought the 8k Gelats store item here is the info for it:
transid: xxx-xxx-xxx-8000 Gelats to buy subscriptions and items

I got the 8k Gelats then it automatically subtracted 300gelats for the month gold but on the page it says

8000 Gelats to buy subscriptions and items
Have a BONUS, Get Starter Pack Elite + 1600 Gelats

I never got the +1600 gelats so my account has: You currently have 7702 Gelats. So I think someone needs to add the 1600 to fix the issue

I'd post it in support but I heard that its rather slow.

It is slow, but it's the only way. When that fails, then make posts complaining about it, and they'll get to it.

Your tranaction ID is worthless now after you posted it. Everybody is able now to say I've payed the recipe. We have the support center for such issues.
Posting your transaction ID is like posing the PIN of your credit card.

It says that you get 1600 gelats as bonus because 64 euro is normally worth 6400 gelats.
