How long is to long?

How long do you think is to long to enjoy actually playing a game like this..

I have found out that usually the playing aspect of Graal leaves my interest when my real life responsibilities increase.

Other than that I can't say I have really ever grown out of logging on Graal and playing for an 30 minutes to an hour when I can.

If Moonie says it, you know it's wrong. She is WAY too old for this game.

I didn't stop completely. I still love the gameplay, just not some of the people.

I think I get to decide that, thanks.

That is true, and my "opinion" is that I get to decide when/if I am too old to play. The fact is that if I enjoy it, and there is no rule against it, then I am not too old to play.

That's a poor system, in my opinion. Let's pretend I enjoy murder, but there's a law against it (which there is). Does that mean I enjoy it any less? Only that I cannot enjoy it or I suffer consequences.

I've always treated Graal sort of like AIM or MSN. I mean it doesnt require any real time to play, I just sort of use it as a communications device. I don't see any reason to stop logging on when I'm bored.

I don't think that you can play any game for too long if you really enjoy it. The only exception being if you don't eat or use the bathroom because of it. People who go to that extreme make themselves unhealthy doing that.

I suppose if you're younger, you can tolerate longer periods of gameplay, such as a few hours. I noticed as I get older, I drift away from games steadily and I tend to have spurts of maybe 1 hour sessions of gameplay or maybe 30 minutes. But to answer your question, I think that playing over 4 hours continually is excessive.

Graal's a game to me. Just like ps2, or xbox, etc. Most games get boring, but after not playing them for awhile, when you just play it for the hell of it, it starts to get pretty cool again...until you burn it out again...For me the process repeats itself frequently. I'll play for maybe 3-4 months, then take a month or 2 off because i get bored. Its boring doing the same **** over and over again.
