Very nice, although the floor texture is a bit stretched looking.

The sort of walls - is that just a object with a color set, or is there a texture?

no textures. The shadows you see are conveyed because there are actual cuts in the model to cast them. No textures at all, where you see a darker colour, there is a cut, or simply a darker material. I dislike textures especially up close as in scenes like this they will be up to more sever critique, so I find materials my desirable method. Im also rendering an image where the tiles reflect the columns slightly, as polished a marble floor would.

lens flare - gone, that was experimenting.

dude giving you the finger - its me, and its my index finger pointing up.

No lens flare please. Otherwise, it looks nice.

Also, that dude needs to stop giving me the finger before I break it off.

At the moment I am fixing a bug with the reflection reflecting black in place of the sky. Soemthing to be with the ambient light value no doubt, but for those who cant wait an hour for the render, here is the bugged version (not much different.. just the reflected arch bottom right is white instead)
