Help?

Just wondering if anyone can help me to find the proper tiles for where i have circled. The first one is the desert grass without the corner for a mountain and the second is how i can connect those two sections without making it look so bad. I have tried looking forever and wondering if anyone could help? Thanks ahead of time

Left Circle : I believe there isn't any, if you want them I guess you'll have to edit them yourself.

Right Circle : Uhm, use both tiles like this - I copied and pasted in Paint. However, you should be able to find the other tile.
