I will update here whenever I do a new checkup. The houses in extreme danger will be fixed a bit to keep them up. But if you have info deeming these players completely inactive, then we'll find a new use for the house or let it fall. The north section only goes up about 3 rows, above that is more the Pirton sector.

We should make some rule where when you're building your house, you need to talk to the mayor/councilman/architect of the town and get it approved by them. For some reason, there seem to be quite a few incomplete houses nowadays. Aren't we suppose to check to make sure all materials are actually in possession of the person BEFORE they start building? It would clean up the incomplete houses a lot.

For members yes, but I think for non members we dont have to as it is up to them to make sure they complete their own house. Since Rum Town is near the non-member housing area, maybe that is why? I am not sure though.

I agree though I think we should limit approvals to the mayors and council of each town, so each town is responsible for its own incomplete houses and such.

One of those incomplete houses is right in the dead center of town! Thats the one that we discussed turning into the Rum Town shop. There was another as well right in near many member houses, so I don't think its in the non-member section. The bill_cosby one. Although Gokey told me that that account frequents Zone, so maybe we can get a hold of him.

Still, Crescent Isle is our land. We are responsible for what houses have been started there. We are responsible for the incomplete houses as well. It shouldn't matter, member or not, if you have all the materials or not. We should require it for anyone wanting to build their house on Crescent Isle. It would help stop the incomplete houses. For example - There are three incomplete houses near mine. And they have been there for quite some time. I think if we made sure people have all the materials before they start building, it would make CP not look so ugly with its ton's of incomplete houses.

I agree Sam, there are a few incomplete houses in the rum town area and I've seen many others throughout the island. Many of these have acct names I don't recognize, leading me to believe theyre either old and inactive members, or non members looking to build on the island. Making sure they have all their supplies before hand would greatly reduce these eye sores.
