From hence forth Marvel Seltin, account spiker, is hereby blacklisted PERMANETLY from Bel'la Olplyn. Marvel, has been accused, and proven guilty, of the following accusation: Stealing from other kingdom members, telling new members to say kingdom leave in order to gain a promotion, accepting bribes for a right he DOES NOT possess, and while on temporary leave of the the kingdom, slandering it, it's members and leaders to an unnacceptable rate and magnitude. If you wish to comment on this, please relay your messages on this Thread. No spam please.

the reason why marvel was making people leave kingdom, was the fact that he cant promote people... can only set their rank initially. Now... .the reason why he was promoting is the question at hand.... he was just trying to get past game mechanics.... still a no no.
