Does anyone have that file what converts level names and level links to new level names and level links?
I remember using it a few times so I know it's out there somewhere..

I've never heard of that.

And why wouldn't you be able to post programs? They might be password stealers is the only thing I can tell, but usually you have to put in your account and whichnot. Whatever.

A password stealer is something that finds the password saved on your computer or key logs it.

Stupidity is putting in your password to something not officially approved by Graal Online.
