Shield looks good, the head would just be for those *******' who like to look like.. old men. o.O

The 'torso' looks.. well, not that great right now, but I guess the green background is really annoying so, once it's done should look nicer.

The torso looks ugly, sorry, but the shield is very nice, and the head's a bit weird but not bad i suppose - it reminds me of Ming, from flash gordon
