Accounts Team is actively working once again.
I and Agelaos are the two Account Managers that will be helping everyone out.
An Account Manager can do any of the following:
1) Change your password (try and be random)
2) Change your email
3) Restore an account (example: You want an account that is already registered. Please note this isn't always possible, for the account has to be inactive and can take up to a week to happen)
4) Answer any account related questions
An Account Manager does not do any of the following:
1) Change your account name
2) Make your account P2P
3) Fix any accounts that went from P2P to trial

Please note that when you want a password or email changed, you must know the current email in the database or should be able to access the account.
