I don't know...I don't think its that great but I'll keep working at it

I never use psp, I just got it so I desided to make a GUI with it.

I usually go by Pixelation in MSPaint

MSPaint=TehPwntage

But hey, whatever looks good...

If you truely did do that in MSPaint, to some extent I'm impressed by the quality of the repeating texture. I'm not too fond of your custom bevel and emboss styles though. I also think the overall design of the GUI needs more shape, to give it some 'oomph.'

Well I did not used any Embossing. I just used texture in the backround, the rest was me
