anyway, i think it'll work if they do it properly. They're good friends, and so that means that they shouldnt argue that much, and since they share common interests, there shouldnt be conflict there. And if they do happen to have different views on a decision, they should let their kingdom vote on it or something.
Although, i was thinking the other day, this dual-leadership thing does open doors for some damned nice RP. For example, kerith could become power hungry and have alisa locked away in a dungeon so that he could have complete control, and sit in a big chair on a pile of gold, swilling grog and laughing to himself all sinister-like. Although that might not have such nice effects on the kingdom o_O
