Easiest way to learn: Take npcs and edit parts of them to do different things.

Can't really think of any good websites with info on scripting. The tutorials osrs is working on will be nice.

Read through commands.rtf, check other scripts, try and try to make your own without asking something. Do not choose anything too difficult.
