Unhappy Earth to Dust

Doesnt this spell only let you destroy what other players have been working for?
If a kingdom, or just a one player, builds a fort it WILL be destroyed by someone with Earth to Dust...
I have been reading about some CP would like to fortify their villages. A good and rpish idea, but again someone who doesnt like CP WILL come and use Earth to Dust on their forts...

I think this spell should be removed or changed, so that it can
ONLY destroy bullet and lighning walls, not fortifications

Yeah, and then maybe make a spell that will cost 590875098175981759015 (yes,i'm exagerating) mana and it will destroy fortification like the current earth to dust spell...

BTW, I'm not joking. That would be an interesting idea. Kingdoms would fight over who gets to get the one person who can cast this spell on the whole server. Maybe you can even it out too so it doesn't destroy fortification so quickly, but still quicker than melee people can. Fortification should hold stronger all together anyways (it seems like it's too easy to destroy right now....I may be wrong though).

Also, a question...do spells work on hurting fortification? How about avatars or summoned monsters? Missile weapons?

mana drain = relative to what is dusted.

maybe that could work

and, it would be nice to 'permenentize' some types of items, turn it from normal items into NPC objects the way houses are etc.

Then, not every improvement would have to be done via debug on RC for it to last.

(only king would be able to permenantize it, and would be required to use intelligent discression of course)

Maybe only king or if two kingdoms are at enemy status (not just one kingdom, both of them) then they could be destroyed.

Already suggested things like that (Improved building topic)
But has nothing to do with earth to dust (why earth? )
