My house disappeared?

Wouldn't it suck if you forgot to maintain your house and it disappeared?

What you should do is...

Perhaps make it so the house cannot be entered once the con is down to 0%. and you'll have to repair it

This helps because then people don't have to repair house or it will vanish..

I like Eban's idea, like, if you try to enter it'll say "The ceiling shakes as you try to open the door, and you decide not to enter." There could be a GFX for a broken building.

Lets say..

Everything in the house gets moved once you fix it if you let its con go down to 0.

So if you fix it reguarly (once a month) it should be alright!

Just saying like someone gets grounded from graal or leaves for a trip for half a year or so. AT least they don't have tosee their house go "pop"

Or instead of moving all the items inside, you can just make it so if house con=0% then pressing a will make message appear "The ceiling shakes as you try to open the door, and you decide not to enter" and you don't enter but if house con>0% then regular scripting ensues or something, I'm not the greatest scripter, so I just stated what it might be like, in english terms x.x

Yeah, it could say, "The ceiling shakes as you try to open the door, and you decide not to enter". And there's a 1 in 10 chance that it'll fall down when you try to open the door or something.

Should be like...1 out of 100 or something, because many people don't even know houses have constitution values, nor know that you can right-click it either to find out.
