Yup .. but so far, it seems completely useless, unfortunately. There's no such thing as a non-IDed wand yet. You can't get them from monsters .. but once you can, the skill will become useful.

I remember way back when, chibi summoned up some monsters and they died, dropping some un-id'ed rings and a tome
