Help with forums account

My LAT Admin Genesis has upgraded his account to Gold and he has tried to post on the forums but it keeps telling him he cant.
One reason being he may have to wait for it to be activated.
Is there a reason for this? Its been two days now and he is anxious to get on the forums.

Unixmad must activate the account. I think he does it weekly.
