Ring Minting?

Dunno if this is a stupid idea or not but it was just something I was thinking about. I personally would like it.

Basically what I was thinking was, maybe there could be a way to make your own rings. Like you could buy a ring of adornment and maybe buy improvement scrolls, kind of like weapons, to improve your ring, like add stat pluses to it. Or maybe there could be a place you could add bonuses to the ring but the price gets more expensive the more times you enhance it.

Blah, I didn't really explain it right but I hope you kind of get my jist.

You could make it where you have to need friends to do it.

You need a smithee to forge rings... and then you can give it to an Alchemist and they put it in their cauldron with stuff like

Diamonds, Gold, Iron, Mandrake Roots, well pretty much everything :P... And when (lets say you want a ring of war) you put in like 30 diamonds, 60 gold, 20 Emeralds, vicious axe, diamond sword, and gold plate armor.... cast Alchemistry... and tada! A Ring of War is now in the cauldron.

Or something... yeah.

It would cause the person to go around and collect thei

The ring would stay in the Cauldron... so rather the Alchemist or the other can keep it. That's why you need a friend Alchemist .

No, you just pay the Alch for his time and materials. Seriously. When I learn to take an item and improve it, I'll sell my services...

It should probably be five times as costly, so that everyone doesn't have a pair of rings of war. And, those things are very expensive and rare in stores, so they should fail alot too :o

Well here's what I think:
You need to get powdered spells to add to your ring while its being made..

Like "Powedered spell of Speed" so you make the ring out of iron and stone.. then you can chose to add a few spells maybe... max 3.. and powder spells are made from alchemists who boil legs and hearts (etc..) then put them on a grill and smoke them .. then they turn into powdery ashes.. the ashes RANDOMLY chose something like speed, strength, charm.. and they range from +.5 to +4 ?

i think that would be a really kool idea...you make your own rings then you need to buy prepare ring (maybe make it 500, half of prepare weapon) and then you can buy bonus spells to it( maybe a max of 3 bonus spell to add but u have to buy a prepare each time) also maybe u can buy a 2k plat spell to add an extra 3 prepares making a ring have a total of 6 avaliable improvments
