is tehre some sort of plan to make thieves equil again, they don't get anything yet

As soon as guards come (AND HOPEFULLY BANKS), theives will get stealing from people again.

Moral freedom? I'm not a thief, but I sure ain't RPing no priss, and if I find a stash I'm taking the stash!
