You don't try out to be on the PW Team. There weren't try-outs. I recieved a forum PM from Psyker asking if I wanted to be on the team.

It isn't really controlling servers you check for stealed stuff, the testers review it, and the Chief and Asst. Chief does what they have to do

I think I would have used a better choice of words; since PWA don't control any PWs , just make sure they are legal and up to the standards of Graal...
