Can u rebuild a server?

Ok i was wondering if some one like me could rebuild a server with the approval of the co-owners and half of it staff.
I would ask the owner but he does not play graal any more and i talk to one person that know his cell and he said it would be ok.

I thought you could if the server is no longer existing and the owner does not play Graal anymore, but maybe not. I dunno.

To be honest, if I owned a playerworld, and then it shut down, I would not want some guy that I don't know claiming ownership for it.

It all depends what they say about it, if they clame full ownership of it I would get it taken down..

i am not clame full ownership of it,i have a lvl were it has Link (Founder Of CDA)
