How do u decide if a guild will become official?

How will you decide if a guild will become official or not???Also,how long does it take after you submit the applacation at the current time to get a acceptance or rejection email,2 weeks?

took mines like 3 weeks but if the name is copyrighted or it has inapproperiate words it will get rejected

You can't even submit the guild to the Guild Administrator without 10 supporters.
