Friday, November 2, 2001 - 6:06 P.M. - EST

To understand it, you must read all of the logs containing your account.
If a log says you paid something, you can cancel the log that says you owed it. Also, don't forget to add your late fees to the amount if a log says a late fee was added.

RPing doesnt always have to be "OMG QUEST OMG SAVE WORLD OMG". It's fun to be government like and such.
