My Graal is freezing up whenever I read a PM

Whenever I open up a PM, Mass message, or Guild message my Graal freezes. What do I do to fix this?

disable html + images in pms

html enabled slows it down considerably.

By any chance do you get PARAM errors when you get PMs?

Do you mean parameter errors? If so, then no, I didn't get any of those.

oh, I get them sometimes when I am on duty as FAQ and I'm answering PMs.

It only pops up when your low on resources. But what happens to me is Graal freezes when I open up a PM.

I don't think it was a bug. I found a file in my Windows file that had a virus. When I deleted it, my Graal returned to normal.

What was the file? Let's hope you don't say the Windows Folder...

my Graal was doing that a lot (the beta 2.1) , I reinstalled 2.05 and it's working fine. I did have html and all that junk off btw.

It depends on your internet explorer settings,
possible turn off some stuff there to make it faster
/not freezing your computer
