Stefan i was sposted to tell you that Graal is really lagy on WindowsXP and that you should fix that asap.

I run Windows XP and Graal isn't laggy at all. If anything, it's faster..

This might help you make graal run better under XP:

1. right-click your desktop, select 'properties'
2. click the 'settings' tab
3. where it says 'color quality' select '16 bit'
4. click 'apply' and then 'ok'
5. restart graal and should work much better

XP is the best, only that it defaults to 32-bit color mode which is slow on some (mostly older) video cards! Make sure you use 16-bit

What video card are you using, anyway? And what resolution

i run windows 2000 profesional on 1 pc and windows me on another and i used to run me on both but windows 2000 was really hard to move , but then i pressed alt + a to maximize and it was really fast the only problem is that i cant see people move :/

You need a good graphics card driver
(e.g. geforce2 with the win2k standard geforce driver
crashes the system).

I think Win98 is of very poor quality, don't know
if I will buy WinXP for my PC, I am not going to
send the half hard disk to Microsoft or calling a
french MS guy to activate my computer

Yes, I found out the hard way with the GeForce 2 and Windows 2000 with the standard Driver. I had to get the brand new drivers before I could play Graal again. Same thing with XP, hehe.

XP and 2000 are nearly the same though, in terms of performance, XP just has a slightly enhanced code and some other stuff, so if I were you, I'd get 2k instead.
